Singer & Associates, Inc. resolves these problems at rates any business can afford.  Our Flat Fee In House Counsel Program is a plan that provides you with access to legal services and advice on a regular affordable basis at a substantially reduced rate.  Instead of getting enormous invoices every time you need legal advice or business assistance, you pay one fee per month allowing access to our attorneys and professionals up to the total hourly amount of your plan.  Through our Flat Fee In House Counsel Programs,  you have access to quick answers and solutions for your legal and business issues....for a fraction of the price that you would otherwise pay.   

Our Monthly In House Counsel Program includes:

• Telephone or e-mail consultation with any of our experienced attorneys on any pressing business or legal issue you may have

• Contract review, letter preparation, and all other legal services that fit within the time allotted for your plan.  (Ask for list of estimates of common legal services.)

• Large discount on standard fees for additional legal work outside of your plan

• Access to free legal forms for debt collection, contracts, leases, and much more

• Same day response to your phone or email inquiries

• Access to same quality of general counsel legal services available to larger companies having their own in-house legal staff on a more cost-effective basis

Flat Fee Retainer Programs:

Program A.  $500 per month includes:  2-3 hours of legal services per month that includes quick response to questions via phone or email; preparation of letters, review and advice on contracts, forms including governmental inquiries or demands.

Program B:.  $1000 per month:  5-8 hours of legal services per month that includes quick response to questions or inquiries via phone or email; preparation and review of correspondence, short contracts, forms, business management assistance, and any other services that do not exceed the 5 hour limitation. (for minimum of 6 months)

Program C:   $2500 per month: 11-15 hours of legal services per month. 

Program D:   $5000 per month:  22-25 hours of legal services per month: *
