Anne Singer is a partner and Senior Associate who has been a member of the California Bar since 1983. Her legal experience includes working as a criminal prosecutor for the County of Los Angeles, District Attorney's Office as a  Deputy District Attorney. She has also worked in areas of family law, business litigation and contract law and as a senior associate and manager of a litigation law firm which was taken over by A. Singer & Associates, Inc. in 2009.  Ms. Singer is an aggressive advocate having previously represented over 150 plaintiffs in a suit against a law firm that scammed nearly 800 homeowners in a loan litigation scam in 2009. 

As shown in the photo below, Ms. Singer addressed both homeowners and the A Singer press in December, 2009 on the scam where hundreds of individuals lost their homes, many even being put into bankruptcy without their knowledge or permission.   She has been interviewed on television and radio for her efforts in assisting loan modification and loan litigation fraud victims. At the end of March 2010, Ms. Singer received an honorary award at a banquet put on by one of her clients for her "persistent and vigorous efforts in seeking justice" on their behalf. 

Currently, Ms. Singer has advocated on behalf of multiple victims defrauded in a ponzi-type scheme by an attorney and local business owner right here in her home town of Westlake Village.  Click on the following links to follow these stories recently published in the local Ventura County Star and a small online paper in Agoura, California.

In addition to being an aggressive and successful litigator, Ms. Singer also has extensive business experience having been a prior co-owner of R. J. Singer International, Inc. a manufacturing and premium sales company, doing business with Fortune 500 companies across the United States. As managing partner, Ms. Singer managed and handled major accounts with companies such as Kodak, Motorola, R. J. Reynolds, SwatchWatch, Calvin Klein, Vuarnet of France and numerous others. Ms. Singer also launched and successfully ran two private post-secondary schools offering training in law and computers since 1989. Ms. Singer has taught law since 1989 in the areas of litigation, contract law, law office procedures and legal research and writing. Ms. Singer's management and marketing expertise is a real asset in the efficient operation of A. Singer & Associates, Inc.
