What is Flat Fee Legal Services?  It's the way law practices used to be - where you could be assured of the total cost of your attorney fees in advance and know that your fees would never exceed that set fee.  At A. Singer & Associates, we know what it takes to run a business.  We've run and assisted in operating many.  Thus, we know that open ended costs or fees can make it difficult if not impossible to run your business profitably and effectively.  Based on that understanding, we have set flat fees for the bulk of our services so you, the business owner or private individual, can budget the expenses of legal services.  Whether forming a new corporation or suing for money damages, we have fixed rates for each and every service.  Some of those services are listed below:
